Therapy Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy begins with an initial assessment where patients explore “why” they have come to seek therapy, look at their family history, determine needs and set therapeutic goals.
Therapy can provide tools and support needed to overcome these obstacles, increase self-awareness and improve emotional health and functioning. My therapeutic approach is an interactive, goal oriented approach using cognitive behavioral therapy in a warm and inviting environment, which enables my clients to explore and work through challenges, utilize individual strengths, and develop insight and ways to confront difficulties. I view each individual as unique and adjust my techniques and strategies to meet needs accordingly. My goal is to help you develop and maintain healthy, lifelong coping skills that are applicable to all aspects of your life. Individual therapy sessions are 45 or 60 minutes in length.

Family therapy is to help the entire unit examine potential patterns in their behavior, understand how their past influences their present and connect as one. The goal would be to facilitate their communication and ability to work collaboratively on behalf of their child(ren).
